1. Sea Tow will now cover any vessel registered or owned by the Gold card member because your family's "Peace of Mind" is important to Sea Tow. 

2. Unlike others, Sea Tow will maintain Free Dock to Dock towing for the Primary Vessel. 

3. Sea Tow Gold Card holders are now covered while operating a borrowed, leased or chartered boat

 4. Multiple Area Towing (M.A.T.)* now covers all Gold Card members out of their home area to the dock or facility that will best facilitate the repair or transportation of their boat.  You may be towed to your home port if it is the adjacent Sea Tow area.  This increases the area of home port coverage far more than any other company.  The maximum benefit for out-of-all-area tows has been increased to $5000.00.

*Please note: During high volume periods (weekends, holidays, etc.) arrangements for multiple area tows may be scheduled during off-peak hours.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership Types

Sea Tow Gold Card™ - $149
This is the world famous card that 95 percent of our members select. It is “Your Road Service at Sea”® providing on-water assistance to recreational boaters 24 hours a day, 365 days and nights a year. The Sea Tow Gold Card covers any recreational vessel that has an engine and is registered to or owned by the member. Any person operating a covered vessel is entitled to receive benefits for that vessel. The Gold Card member may also use his/her privileges on any vessel he/she charters, rents, leases or borrows. Sea Tow Lake Card™ - $119
This card provides Gold Card membership benefits on the specific inland body of water where the member's home port for their primary vessel is located. The Lake Card is designed for those members who boat solely on a single specific inland body of water 100 percent of the time. Click here for a listing of Sea Tow locations that offer the Lake Card option, as well as the specific inland body of water each of those participating locations serve.

Sea Tow Corporate Card™ - $149
This is for members who have their vessel registered under a corporate name. The corporate card covers the primary vessel only. Any person operating the primary vessel is covered. Member privileges do not apply if the vessel is used commercially.

Sea Tow Professional Mariner Card™ - $365
This service offering for individuals that regularly use multiple vessels in the performance of their maritime duties such as: yacht delivery captains, yacht brokers, on the water instructors, etc. Any vessel that the card member is aboard and responsible for is entitled to receive all membership benefits for that vessel, except for dock-to-dock tows.

Sea Tow Commercial Card™ - $149
This card provides service for commercial vessels such as: charter, fishing, dive, survey, police, crew boats, water taxies, professional race boats or other working vessels. If you make your living on the water, this card is for you. With the Sea Tow commercial card, any person operating the primary vessel is entitled to receive all membership benefits for that vessel at $100 per hour.
 

There is also the Sea Tow "Trailer Care"™ Program upgrade.  PROtect™ your Boat Trailer For only an additional $10.00 per year!
Towing service for the boat trailer when the trailer or towing vehicle becomes disabled on the road while trailering the boat identified on your membership card Labor for flat tire repair on the boat trailer and jump start, lockout service and fuel delivery for the towing vehicle when either the trailer or the towing vehicle becomes disabled when trailering the boat identified on your membership card. A local towing company may be contacted for service directly or, if unable to contact a local company, Sea Tow International or the local Sea Tow Operator can be contacted. This service provides for payment up to $150.00 per incident for any event or series of events arising out of the same breakdown. "Trailering the boat" is defined as follows:
                Towing the boat's trailer to and from the boat as well as trailering the boat itself.

 

HOW TO JOIN

This is the fastest and most efficient way to join Sea Tow and start your membership benefits.  Simply call us and apply over the phone. You will receive an immediate member number from the duty operator.  Your Membership Privileges activate 24 hours after the membership is processed.  (631) 765 5300
  #2 Apply Online:

You may apply online using a secure online application form. Just type in your membership and payment information into Sea Tow's secure application form to join. Sea Tow will email you a confirmation and a temporary membership number. A permanent plastic membership card will follow later. You Membership Privileges activate 24 hours after the membership is processed.

What else can you get for $149 besides "peace of mind on the water?"

  • 4 hours of boating using 10 gallons/hour at $3.70 per gallon.

  • 4 rolls of postage stamps 4x$39=$156.

  • 3 NYC round trips on the Hampton Jitney 3x$51=$153.

  • 3 months of average cable TV service.

  • 2 months of average cell phone billing.

  • 2 trips to the gas station for your SUV 26gal@$2.85.

  • 2 Suffolk County Parks beach driving resident permits @$75ea.

Trailer Care Protection is only an additional $10.00

With Trailer Care™, your vehicle and trailer are PROtected™ with 24-hour roadside assistance.

Your Trailer Care™ membership includes towing of your boat and trailer when your vehicle becomes disabled. It also includes jump starts, fuel drops and roadside assistance for flat tires, wheel bearing, axle and brake problems.
